Proposed residential tower of 25-storey accommodating 300 flats with 2 types of flat sizes, including studio unit (190 - 200 ft2) and 1-bedroom unit (240 - 270 ft2).

The residential tower sits on a 3-storey podium in which retail shops will be provided on ground floor, and F&B will be provided on first floor. A clubhouse will also be provided on second floor for the enjoyment of residents.

One storey of basement is provided for F.S./ Sprinkler water tank, pump room & water meter room. G/F and 1/F of the development will be for retail use, with total of 10,800 ft2 shop area. For 1/F shop, provision of exit routes & sanitary fitment is designed to cater for both retail and F&B use, allowing flexibility for future shop owners/ tenants.
