Luxurious single residential tower of 35-storey which accommodate 66 Flats of 2,000 ft2 each (including 4 nos. of duplex units of 4,000 ft2).

Situated on Chun Fai Terrace, being set back from existing Tai Hang Road, the prestigious development is highlighted by elegant curtain wall tower façade and the dynamic form of aluminum grilles surrounding the podium carpark & clubhouse. At night, the curvilinear wave pattern at the podium is lit up and thus the identity of the development is visualized and represented.

The residential tower echoes with the podium design by the distinguished curtain wall with bronze-tinted double low-E IGU, aluminum mullions/transoms and anodized stainless steel strips feature in the spandrel. The balconies are finished with glass cladding as a unified system with the curtain wall. The elegant balcony balustrades are combination of clear glass and metal grilles which give clear unobstructed view and echo with the podium grilles and spandrel features.
