The proposed Subsidised Sale Flat development at Wo Sheung Tun Street consists of a tower block of 40 residential storeys on top of the entrance lobby at G/F. This single block tower provides a total of 806 nos. of flat units for 1P/2P family, 2-bedroom flats, and 3-bedroom flats. A south-facing open landscape courtyard on podium floor will provide over 30% of greenery space with children play area and stroll garden for residents’ leisure.

The superstructure will be completed by year 2020. During design stage, this project has successfully achieved “Gold” rating in the Provisional Assessment carried out by the BEAM Society in April 2016.

BIM technology is applied to detect clash between structure and building services and to study landscape design at the open courtyard.
