Proposed residential tower of 27-storey accommodating 216 flats with 3 types of flat sizes, including studio unit (approx. 200 ft2), 1-bedroom unit (240 - 270 ft2) and 1.5-bedrooms units (approx. 330 ft2)

The residential tower sits on a 3-storey podium in which F&B of about 7,400 ft2 will be provided on ground floor. Mechanical plant rooms will be provided on first floor. A clubhouse with a outdoor podium landscape garden will also be provided on second floor for the enjoyment of residents.
