The site is approximately 1,000 sq.m with GFA of 592 sq.m. The house is arranged to present a prestige courtyard at front while a spacious garden with a swimming pool at the rear of site is maintained with high privacy, by carefully positioned the house in the middle of the site balancing of the two. The house is cladded in a combination of high quality sandstone and bronze-like aluminum cladding system.
